Return Policy

J. Disla Fine Jewelry offers a 10 day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery on any purchase.

To make a return, please contact us at thejdgiftshop@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photo of the item before shipping the merchandise. Please insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages.

All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received.

For exchanges: If the cost of the new item exceeds the original purchase price, you are responsible for the price difference. If the cost is lower than what you paid, we will provide a store credit with the difference.

PLEASE NOTE, the following orders are nonreturnable: fine jewelry items that that have been personalized (such as nameplates); rings that have been modified or resized; or items that have previously been exchanged.
