Return Policy

J. Disla Fine Jewelry offers a 10 day return/exhange policy from the date of delivery on any purchase. When returning, please contact us at thejdgiftshop@gmail.com with your order number, a reason for the return and photo of the item before shipping the merchandise. Please insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages.

All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received.

For exchanges: If the cost of the new item exceeds the original purchase price, you are responsible for the price difference. If the cost is lower than what you paid, we will provide a store credit for the variance.

The JD Gift Shop offers a 15 days return policy from the date of delivery on any purchase. When returning, please contact us at thejdgiftshop@gmail.com with a description and photo before shipping the merchandise. Please insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages. All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received. You can exchange within 30 days of purchase. If merchandise costs more than the original purchased one, you will have to cover the difference. If the cost is less than the price you paid, we will issue a store credit of the amount of the difference. 

The following orders are nonreturnable: fine jewelry items that that have been personalized (such as nameplates); rings that have been modified or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; layaway orders after 30 days from purchase; and custom designed jewelry.
