Shipping Policy

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the processing all stock orders, but may vary depending on product availability.

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days; Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.

If you would like to know stock status of a specific style or request expedited production, please contact us at 646-772-8456 (9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday) or email thejdgiftshop@gmail.com. A team member will be in touch with you regarding your request.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once shipped, the carrier company is solely responsible for delivery. J. Disla Fine Jewelry (The JD Gift Shop) is not liable for any packages once they have been handed off to the courier (USPS, UPS or other).
